Failure to save after reimport when datasmith actors were moved to sublevel

Notice that when you create the sublevel the Cylinder get removed from its parent; and that after reimport, it gets moved back.

Not reproducible with Import Datasmith

1. Import attached Rhino scene [Link Removed] with Import CAD
2. In the Content browser, click on Save All
3. Confirm and Give a name for the main level
4. Select the Cylinder
5. Open the Levels window (Windows > Levels)
6. In the Levels window, click on the Levels dropdown and select Create New from Selected Actors
   [Link Removed]
7. Save the sublevel
8. In the Content Browser, Right click on the Datasmith scene root and select reimport
9. Click on Save All again

RESULT
You get an error that complains about lost references
