The Android app stops capturing audio on the second loading.
Tested in 4.19.2 (CL - 4033788), 4.20.1 (CL - 4239966), 4.21 (CL - 4243265)
Expected: The app runs as it did the first time.
Result: The app stops receiving audio input.
