Actor components that are spawned dynamically through Blueprint are not being properly replicated to the client.
Found in 4.20 CL# 4233996 and reproduced in 4.21 Main CL# 4258917
Unable to test in 4.19, as adding a component set to replicate to an actor that is also set to replicate disconnects the client in that version.
Result: The actor component's event is not called on the Client
Expected: The actor component's event is called on the Client, the same way that it is called on the Server.
