MeshEditor Crashes When Tool is Selected.

Found in 4.20 CL# 4233996 and 4.21 CL# 4258917

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Type "MeshEditor.Enable" in console
  3. Click on the Mesh Editing mode

Results:
Crash

Expected:
The mode would be selected
