Unable to add Transform track to Particle

Unable to add Transform track to Particle. Does not occur in Dev-Sequencer.

1. Create and Open a level sequence
2. Add a particle to the level
3. Add the particle to the sequence
4. Select +Track
5. Select Transform

Result: Transform track is not added to the particle

Can't add transform track of a BluePrint's component in sequencer of UE4.20, Pls solve this ASAP
