Description

The editor crashes when loading a SubLevel with HierarchicalInstancedStaticMeshComponent and SphereReflectionCapture via the levels window.

Working as expected in 4.19 CL# 4033788
Found in 4.20 CL# 4302132 and 4.21 CL# 4328255

This is a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Open the "Stream" level via the Levels window

Results:
The Editor will crash

Expected:
The level would load
