Description

RotateAroundAxis Inside the RotateVector expects a normalized vector as rotation axis input, and that vector is not normalized. Once normalized it seems to work normally.

Unable to test in 4.19 due to project provided being made in 4.20

Found in 4.20 CL# 4302132 and 4.21 CL# 44335558

 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open linked project [Link Removed]
  2. Play in Editor and scroll the mouse down
  3. Observe both the red and green circles in the sky sphere as you scroll

Results:
The red sphere that is using the default RotateVector will get unaligned while the green one using a modified version stays aligned

Expected:
Modification of RotateVector inside the SkyboxImage function would not be needed to keep alignment
