Description

Directional light is not casting shadows past a certain point in large worlds on all actors/grass. In 4.19 CL# 4033788 shadows show up but not until the camera is very close to the object.

Found in 4.20 CL# 4302132 and 4.21

This is a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Linked Project [Link Removed]
  2. Load "Sector1_MainMap" and all of its sub levels in the Levels tab
  3. Build Lighting 
  4. Look at Cube4 and Cube2

Results:
Cube4 will have a shadow and Cube2 will not

Expected:
Both would cast a shadow regardless of the distance
