A child scene component does not appear to rotate in the viewport but will appear rotated in the Blueprint Editor.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Drag a plane into the Viewport
  2. Add a child scene component to the plane
  3. Rotate the scene component 
  4. View the scene component in both the Viewport and the Blueprint editor


Results: The rotation is applied in the Blueprint window but not in the Viewport 

Expected: The rotation to be applied in both the Viewport
