When using the Launch on Feature with a Mali 400 Device, the project, once locked on, will appear black on 4.6 and will crash on CL# 2375758.
This error occurs on new projects. Tappy Chicken Run fine the device.
I have attached the LogCat for all messages. The LogCat for UE4 is just this one line:

Tested on a Galaxy Tab 7.7
User did not clarify which device they were using
1) Create a new first person template project.
2) Be sure to have Target Hardware changed before creating a new project. (Mobile, Scalable 3D or 2D, No Starter Content)
3) Create Project
4) When the level loads, Locate the Launch on dropdown in the Toolbar
5) Use the Launch on for the Mali 400 tablet,
6) Wait until the launch has completed and open the app on the device
