Description

LDR does not appear to be preserved when using media textures in widgets. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a widget with an image that uses a media texture as its brush
  2. Create and add widget to the viewport
  3. Enable HDR

RESULT:
The video appears over exposed no matter what HDR settings are used.
