Fails to export a project from Revit 2019 - Cannot export the active 3D view: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Steps to Reproduce
  1. load attached project in Revit 2019 [Link Removed]
  2. Export 3D view 3D UE4 with Add-Ins > Export 3D View

RESULT
Fails to export. An error message is displayed
