When using "World Position" and "Pixel Normal" nodes together. it causes artifacts in the material. In 4.19 CL# 4033788 this did not occur with the same material setup.

Found in 4.20 CL# 4369336, 4.21 CL# 4613538, 4.22 CL# 4670176

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a material like the attached image
  3. Select the cube preview mesh

Artifacts appear across the mesh

Artifacts would not appear
