Description

Licensee is reporting a problem "where compressed volume textures seem to get corrupted. Disabling compression by setting Compression Settings = VectorDisplacement solves the issue, but at a pretty high resource size cost. The texture in question is 256x256x256, but it also happens on smaller sizes.

Inspecting the texture in question in PIX shows a slice of this texture, without and with compression enabled (default, DXT1/5 BC1/3). The same setup works fine on Windows and PS4." 

Likely this issue is Xbox specific as the DX12 editor does not show the same error.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download [Link Removed]
  2. Open in Dev-Console
  3. In editor, the 4 textures in the "demo" level will be correct (regardless of if in DX11 or DX12 mode).
  4. Launch to Xbox, several texture will be corrupted.
