A user has reported that the Splash screen for Mobile games does not last as long as it did in previous versions, resulting a longer black screen before the initial map loads.

Regression?: Yes
This did not occur in 4.20

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a blank Blueprint project in 4.20 (for comparison)
  2. Save the default map as "NewMap" and set it as the Game Default Map in the Project Settings > Maps & Modes
  3. Package the project for Android or iOS and install/launch it on the device.
  4. Note that the splash screen appears for a few seconds and the subsequent black screen before the map appears is ~1 second long
  5. Convert the project to 4.21
  6. Repeat step 3 (package/install/launch)
    Result: The splash screen disappears after a second and the black screen stays for about 4-5 seconds before the map appears.
    Expected: The splash screen/black screen have the same length as they did in previous versions.
