Session frontend screen comparison tool not showing screenshots.

The Session Frontend Screen Comparison tool does not appear to be showing and screenshots taken from the Editor.

1. Place a "Screenshot Functional Actor" from the Modes toolbar into a scene and save
2. Open Session Frontend and under tests search for the name of the screenshot actor as it appears in the world outliner (The name of the actor's instance in the scene)
3. Run that test
4. Switch to Screenshot Comparison tab in Frontend and it will appear as a new screenshot with a button to add it as "Ground Truth" - hit the add button
5. Observe the screenshot disappears
6. Run the test again
7. Switch to the screenshot tab again and observe that there no screenshot comparisons available

Results: No screenshots are showing up in the Screen Comparison window. When doing this in 4.21 the screenshots are not saved at all.

Expected: The Ground Truth, Delta, and Incoming screenshots should appear after the second test.
