Git Source Control plugin emits "warning: LF will be replaced by CRLF" warnings

The Git plugin should probably remove "warning: LF will be replaced by CRLF" messages as redundant noise.

1. Have core.autocrlf set to true in your Git settings.
2. Create a Git repo and have a UE4 project use it.
3. Use UE4 to add a text file to source control (one way is to set-up a new localization target and run a gather).
4. Observe that it emits the "warning: LF will be replaced by CRLF" warning.

Expected: That warning is silenced.
