Description

Renaming a folder that contains a Read-only asset from the Sources Panel causes the Content Browser and Sources Panel to desync. This causes the original folder (which should still exist since the Editor cannot replace the name of the folder due to the Read-only asset) to disappear from the Sources Panel and become unable to be opened in the Content Browser.

This can be worked around by either renaming the folder in the Content Browser instead or restarting the editor after the desync occurs.

Regression?: No
This occurred in 4.20

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project
  2. Add a new folder named "NewFolder"
  3. Open NewFolder, right-click the Content Browser and add a new Level
  4. Save the level
  5. Open the Level in explorer and set the .uasset itself to Read-only
  6. Return to the editor and right-click the NewFolder in the Sources panel (the panel to the left of the Content Browser that lists folders vertically) and rename the folder to "RenamedFolder"
Result: NewFolder disappears from the Sources panel and is now unable to be opened in the ContentBrowser
Expected: RenamedFolder appears as an additional folder and NewFolder is still visible and accessible.
