Description

Material Mask Opacity is not working in PIE, but works as expected in Standalone. 

Found in 4.20 CL# 4369336, 4.21 CL# 4753647, 4.22 CL# 4862710, and 4.23 CL# 4898645

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Load the level "NewMap"
  3. Play in Editor to view the moving cube
  4. Stop Playing in Editor 
  5. Play in Standalone

Results:
The larger cube that is updating the the material parameter collection via the construction script, will not correctly mask the smaller cube via a sphere mask in pie correctly. This works as expected in standalone

Expected:
The larger cube would mask the moving smaller cube properly in both PIE and Standalone

Workaround:
This works properly when the larger cubes logic in the construction script is moved to the Event Graph. This also will work if you spawn the larger cube on begin play.
