Custom events cannot be called as functions after being made in level blueprints or after changing levels. User must close and re-open editor to be able to call a custom event.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Open level Blueprint
3. Create custom event>name it "PrintThis"
4. Create print string and connect it to PrintThis
5. Compile>RMB for context senstive menu
6. Type in "PrintThis"
