Description

When using AttachToComponent at runtime, the attachment does not replicate properly for some clients. The relative transform/rotation is not maintained. The user who reported this issue mentioned that this was caused by the change made to fix [Link Removed]

This did not occur in 4.21.2

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Select "Run Dedicated Server" and set "Number of Players" to 2 in the Play settings
  3. Press play
  4. Note the location of the cube on the clients
    Result: The cube on one of the clients is on-top of the camera and did not keep its relative location (You can turn the camera downwards to see the cube's shadow, as it won't be visible)
    Expected: The cube keeps its relative location when attaching on clients
