When changing the scale of the widget reflector it changes the scale of the selection bounds of actors in the viewport. Example: When hovering over a box at a 2.0 scale I will select the wall sometimes and not the box (even though the mouse is clearly over it).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open first person project
  2. Change the Widget Reflector to 1.5
    Window > Developer Tools > Widget Reflector > Scale=[1.5]
  3. Try and click a box shaped actor (anything that is not as large as a wall)
  4. Notice that the actor is not selected
