Description

The Orientation setting in the editor for Android phones does not respect the user's settings. Despite "Auto-rotate" being turned off, the orientation of the UE4 app will change if it is set to do so.

This may be expected behavior but it does not seem like good UX to me.

Regression?: No
This occurred in 4.20

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project
  2. In Project Settings > Packaging > Android, set Orientation to "Sensor"
  3. Package the project for Android and deploy it to an Android phone.
  4. In the Phone's settings, disable "Auto-rotate Screen" (this is usually found under Display's advanced settings)
  5. Start the app on the device
  6. Turn the device as to change the orientation.
Results: The orientation changes based on the sensor
Expected: The orientation does not change since Auto-rotate has been disabled on the phone
