The attached project has a fixed frame rate of 30fps with a simulating CCD cube above a with a full restitution floor. The cube has an odd rotation, such that it impacts the floor at a single point not in line with its center of mass. At these lower frame rates, without CCD the object would bounce away as expected, but with CCD as long as the object is moving fast enough it just bounces straight up and down.
Open and play the attached project.
Expected: The cube should bounce away because the impact point isn't in line with the center of mass.
Result: The cube bounces straight up and down.
