The reflected Sky material looks blurry and low res when set to unlit, however setting the material to Default Lit has the correct reflection. Even though the reflection is correct the lighting breaks for other objects in the scene. 

Found in 4.22 CL# 5275346 and 4.23 CL# 5287285

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor with -dx12
  2. Enable Ray tracing and Support Compute Skincache
  3. Create a reflective material and place it on a flat mesh
  4. Change the Skyspheres material from Unlit to Default Lit

The reflection will look like image #1 in Unlit and #2 in Default lit

Light source should render properly both illumination and shadows
