Quit and Exit commands do not close project on Android

LogWindows: FAndroidMisc::RequestExit(0) does not get sent with 4.22 and 4.23.

Does not occur in 4.21.

Repro:

1. Open any project
2. Launch onto your connected Android device
3. Touch the screen with four fingers to bring up the console
4. Enter the console command "quit"

Expected Result: App closes successfully
Actual Result: App stays open, as if the command was never entered.
