Description

The pixel inspector does not work in an editor using dx12

The pixel inspector works fine in dx11

Related to [Link Removed], but making a new bug for separate prioritization

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a project with -dx12
  2. Open Window > Developer Tools > Pixel Inspector
  3. Start the pixel inspector and mouse over the main viewport

Expected: Context colors match colors hovered over with the mouse
Result: No color or buffer data is noted by the pixel inspector
