When testing [Link Removed], there seemed to be some visual lag in the passthrough nodes, when compared to the camera feed.  Was not able to test due to [Link Removed] (which is really just a different set of repro steps for [Link Removed]).  Need to test again when that issue is resolved.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new handheld AR project
  2. Create the following material
    1. [Link Removed]
    2. (May want to skip the multiply with red to make it completely the same as the camera feed, so it would be very easy to identify lag)
  3. Use the material in a level somewhere
  4. Launch that level on iOS device
  5. Move the camera around to observe that the passthrough material is a few frames behind the camera feed.
