Description

When a Texture Object is used for the "Tex" Input of a Texture Sample node in a material, the material will no longer contribute to indirect lighting when used with static lighting.

Working as expected in 4.21 CL# 4753647

Found in 4.22 CL# 6063286 and 4.23 CL# 6091832

This is a regression

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Open the Material Instance "Wall_Inst" and set "texture_sample_with_texture_object" bool to "true"
  3. Build Lighting

Result:
There is no indirect lighting contribution at all

Expected:
The scene to lit correctly
