When generating LODs in the editor some meshes can appear to have tears/ holes

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open project
  3. Open TestMap
  4. Move camera back to a point where the mesh changes LODs (see image for example of issue)

Result: The mesh appears to tear/have holes
Expected: The mesh would appear as a more simple static mesh with no holes or tears
