Editor is freezing on RTX laptops with ray tracing

Does not occur in dx12 without ray tracing
Does not occur on a desktop PC with a 2080
I have not managed to freeze the editor after performing the workaround described on the forums (minimize editor then disable intel graphics in the device manager and resume work)
Result: Editor eventually freezes
