Load times for the editor appear to have increased

The editor appears to have longer load time as compared to an older engine version (4.20.3 loaded in seconds while newer version appear to load the same project in over a minute)

1. Download the attached project
2. Make a to have a way to time how long it takes for the project to load
3. Open the project in 4.20 or 4.21 (this should be the version it is in when downloaded (Should take 10-15 seconds with comparable specs))
4. Close the editor
5. Right click the uproject file> change engine versions > Choose the latest 4.22
6. Open the project

Results: The project will take significantly longer (1 min and 10 seconds or so)
Expected: The project would have similar loads times as it is the same project but with two different engine versions
