Description

When trying to use any "Make Struct" node that uses vector values, the values typed into FVector fields will reset to 0.

This is a regression from 4.21.2 (CL-4753647).

This reported and tested in 4.22.1 (CL-6063286). This was reproduced in Main 4.23 (CL-6398642)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Blank Template project
  2. Open the Level Blueprint or create an Actor Blueprint
  3. Right-click and search for Make BoxSphereBounds then add it to the Event Graph
  4. Try to change the vector values of Origin and Box Extent

Results: The value typed into the field will reset to 0.0.

Expected: The value typed into the field should remain.
