Apple VoiceOver not compatible with UE

Steps to Reproduce
  1. on iDevice turn on VoiceOver (General -> Accessibility -> VoiceOver)
  2. Launch a UE project (Double-Taps now require you to Triple-tap)

Result: Pressing anywhere on screen results in "Text field" being spoken

Expected: UE disables VoiceOver on launch.
