Description

Widget animation does not evaluate visibility correctly when played. This does work though when scrubbing over the key.

Regression: No this also occurs in 4.22

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create and open widget blueprint
  2. Add a widget to the Designer window
  3. Select the +Animation button in the Animations window
  4. Select the widget in the Hierarchy window
  5. Select +Track in the Timeline window
  6. Select the widget
  7. Select +Track on the widget
  8. Select Visibility
  9. Set a Hidden key at a different point in time
  10. Under Playback Options disable Keep Playback Range in Section Bounds
  11. Adjust the playback End so that its past the last key
  12. Scrub over the hidden key
  13. Play the Widget Animation from the start

Result: Hidden key doesn't evaluate
