Curve Editor in CameraAnim and Matinee does not display anything in UE4.22

The Curve Editor appears black and doesn't show any information or data. This is a regression from 4.21.2 (CL-4753647) where the Curve Editor functioned as expected.

This was reported and tested in 4.22.2 (CL-6574378) and reproduced in Main 4.23 (CL-6603717)

1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Blank template project
2. Right-Click in the Content Browser and add a Miscellaneous>Camera Anim
3. Double-click the Camera Anim and notice the Curve Editor

Results: The Curve Editor is black and doesn't display curves

Expected: The Curve Editor appears
