Keyboard IME input appears to be disabled for Web browser widget

When using the Web Browser Widget, IME is disabled and you can not input non roman characters (Japanese used for this test).

1. Make sure that you have your machine setup to switch between IMEs (Japanese used in this test )
2. Download the attached project
3. Open the project
4. Open Untitled level
5. Play in Editor
6. Switch the keyboard input (option can be found near the system tray on windows 10)
7. Type into the google search

Result: The IME is disabled when typing into the Web browser widget
Expected: The input for the web browser widget would accept different IME inputs
