Touch release fires after using the virtual joysticks when "Use mouse for touch is enabled" when clicking a button

Under the following conditions touch release will fire off when clicking a button

• Use mouse for touch is enabled
• The user has recently clicked a virtual joystick
• The user then clicks a button

1. Download the attached project
2. Open the project
3. Play in Editor
4. Click the virtual joystick
5. Click the button

Result: Touch release will fire off (this can be seen in the form of a print string for this test)
Expected: Touch release would not fire off
