Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Default Level
  2. Add a Cube to the level
  3. Select the Cube
  4. In its Details panel, search for User Data
  5. Add an element
  6. At the element 0, from the dropdown select Animation Modifiers Asset User Data
  7. In the top toolbar, click on the Blueprints dropdown and select Convert Select Components to Blueprint class
  8. In the Content Browser, click on Save All

RESULT
It fails to save the level
