The image above was the results after building lighting.

  1. The far right spheres all have negative scaling(-1 on Y) and reverse culling checked and are instanced.
  1. The middle set of spheres have negative scaling(-1 on Y) and reverse culling checked but are individual static meshes.
  1. The left set of spheres are instanced, have reverse culling unchecked and are not scaled negatively.
  1. All of the spheres other settings are default, I dragged and dropped them into the scene.

Steps to Reproduce

We were in the process of instancing a bunch of static meshes in our game and ran into an issue. Because our engine is heavily modified I checked to see if I could reproduce it in 4.22.2 and found out that it was fairly easy.

  1. In a new scene I placed a cube and 3 spheres with with reverse culling checked and a negative y scale(-1)
  1. I then instanced the 3 spheres with these settings [Image Removed]
