Instead of reflecting an average color of the surrounding, reflections become black with increased roughness values.

Found in 4.22 CL# 6574378 and 4.23 CL# 6925347

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor in DX12 and enable ray tracing
  2. Restart the Editor
  3. Create a Material like in ScreenShot-1 and make an instance of it
  4. Place sphere in the scene and apply the material instance to it
  5. Turn off the SphereReflectionCapture, that is in the scene, as it is a RTX reflection problem, also turn of the Light Source, so you can see the pure reflections.
  6. Raise the max roughness for RTX reflections to 1
  7. Raise the materials roughness value slowly from zero to one
