Each time the build is run, different assets are missing in the reflections.
Found in 4.22 CL# 6574378 and 4.23 CL# 6925347

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open linked project [Link Removed]
  2. Packaged project for windows
  3. Run project

Some static meshes are missing from reflections

All static meshes would appear in reflections properly
