Renaming a folder using square brackets seems to work but renders meshes inside unusable in certain instances. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new blank project with starter content
  2. Rename the Props folder to [Props]
  3. Make a new actor Blueprint
  4. Add a static mesh component
  5. Try setting the static mesh to any mesh within the renamed [Props] folder using the details panel

Results: Nothing will happen upon selecting the mesh.

Expected: The mesh should get selected or you should not be allowed to use square brackets in the folder name.
