When animating the parent of a combo box the drop down options appear offset in New Editor Window or Standalone

After animating a combo box's parent to move it from off screen into view it will cause the options in the drop down menu to be offset in standalone or New editor window.

1. Download the attached project
2. Open the project
3. Play in New editor window or Stand alone
4. Press the button that says "Press me"
5. Click the drop down menu after is slides into view

Result: The drop down list of options will be offset from the combo box
Expected: The options would appear directly below the combo box
