A SkeletalMeshComponent set to query only physics still interacts with collision.


This is a regression from 4.21

Seems to be a side effect from a change to GetCollisionEnabled_CheckOwner

Steps to Reproduce

Place the mannequin in a level and mark its collision to query only.

Place a simulating box above the mannequin and play.


Expected: The box will pass through the mannequin.

Result: The box collides with the mannequin
