Acquired a blueprint from a user cannot open it. It crashes project when opening the blueprint "NewPickup"

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Try to open the blueprint "NewPickup" (Located in the blueprints folder)
  3. Notice the project crashes
