calling SetCollisionResponseToChannel or something similar, FPhysXTask will ever increase .

Finally, it causes serious frame rate drop.

That count can be reset by calling RecreatePhysicsState.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project on the ue4.22.3 from launcher
  2. Open /Game/Map/TestMap
  3. Play then observe FPhysXTask count and GameTickTime
