Lighting Builds seemingly successfully but produces a Map Check Error for World Settings.
There are several things that can be done to "eliminate the issue" and I have separated them into different Reproduction Steps each assume a freshly opened project.

1. Open the Attached LightingProblem.uproject
2. Build Lighting
RESULT: Map Check Error : World Settings when Play Lighting needs to be Rebuilt message
Option 1:
3. Move Point Light from X = -53.71 to -53.72
4. Build Lighting
Option 2:
3. Delete any one of the three Static Meshes
4. Build Lighting
Option 3:
3. Open the SM_Outdoor_RockColumn_Cluster_16_Small in the Static Mesh editor
4. Remove the LOD 1
5. Save the Mesh
6. Build Lighting
ALL Options Yield:
RESULTS: No Map Check Errors when Play no lighting message
EXPECTED: You should not need to do any of the above options to remove the Map Check Error.
