When deleting an Anim Notifiy in the Notify timeline, if an instance of that Anim Notify exists to the left of the selected one, it will be deleted instead.
If numerous instances exist to the left of the Anim Notify, continuously pressing the delete key will result in all instances being deleted before the selected one to their right.
Workaround: You can delete the selected AnimNotify by moving it to the right of all others first.
In UE 4.6.1 or later, open an Anim Montage.
In the Notify timeline, add 2 or 3 notifies, in a row and/or on different stacked timelines.
Select the Notify furthest to the right on the timeline and press delete.
Note that the furthest Notify to the left is deleted instead.
This will repeat until all notifies to the left are deleted and only then will the selected notify delete.
Workaround: Move notify until it is furthest to the right, then delete.
