Description

Niagara mesh particles will not face the camera when using camera position as the facing mode. The particles seem to face the direction the would if their position was at the origin.

Steps to Reproduce
  1.  Create a Niagara emitter
  2.  Add a mesh renderer
  3. Set the particle mesh to Axis_Guide
  4. Create a system with that emitter
  5. Place the system in the world somewhere other than the origin

RESULT

The x-axis will not point towards the camera. The only time this is correct is if the particle is at the origin.
